At DiscoverBaba Kashmir Tour and Travel, we strive to provide a smooth and transparent experience for all our customers. We understand that travel plans may change, and our refund policy is designed to be fair and clear.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are processed based on the timing of your cancellation:

• 26 days or more before travel: Full refund of the booking amount
• 21 days before travel: 50% refund of the total booking amount
• Within 15 days of departure or no-show: No refund applicable

Non-Refundable Services

The following services are strictly non-refundable once booked and confirmed:

• Flight and train tickets
• Special event bookings (festivals, concerts, peak holiday seasons, etc.)
• Government fees, permits, taxes, and third-party charges

Refund Process

• To request a refund, customers must contact our support team via email or phone with their booking reference number.
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing for proper processing.

Refund Processing Time

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
• Refunds will be credited only through the original payment method used at the time of booking

• Refunds are subject to deductions based on cancellation timing and applicable service charges.
• Any delays caused by banks or payment gateways are beyond our control.
