Booking & Confirmation

Payments

- Full payment must be completed before the start of the tour.
- Discover Baba Tour and Travel reserves the right to cancel any booking if payment is not received within the specified time.
Pricing
- All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice due to factors such as fuel price changes, government taxes, or hotel tariff revisions.
- We are not responsible for any price changes made by third-party service providers.
Responsibilities
DiscoverBaba Kashmir Tour and Travel acts as a travel facilitator, coordinating with hotels, transport providers, and sightseeing services.
We are not liable for delays, injuries, loss of belongings, or cancellations caused by:
- Natural disasters
- Accidents
- Political situations
- Government restrictions
Customer Conduct
- Travelers are expected to behave respectfully toward guides, staff, fellow tourists, and local communities.
- Any misconduct or violation of local laws may lead to cancellation of the tour without any refund.
Jurisdiction
Any disputes or legal matters related to our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir (India).
